Small dogs are welcome between 20-25 lbs. with prior approval and additional fee. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions).

Their is an oceanfront pool, a kids' pool and a lazy river. Dining options include a casual waterfront restaurant with a bar and lounge, and an espresso bar in the lobby.

Free parking is provided to guests at The Patricia Grand located in the parking garage across from the resort. 2 passes will be provided for you when you enter the condo. There is also a 15 minute loading/unloading area in front of the resort.

Washers and Dryers available in the resort.

**We will usually be within 20 minutes of the unit, please call with any emergencies or to report any accidents or damages to inside the unit.**

Set on the beach and a 3-minute walk from Lost Mine Miniature Golf, this casual resort is 2.4 miles from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade.

Upon arrival , there is a loading/unloading parking lot in front of the resort. 2 parking passes will be available to you once you enter the condo. The parking garage is across the street from the resort. Please make your parking pass visible in your vehicle in the garage.

Up to 2 small dogs allowed (20-25lbs.), and we will have something for your furry friends while they enjoy vacation!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
